There's a cold breeze from the broken window to their room, a breeze that chills them to the bone. This isn't their home. It's immediately apparent to some, but not so much for others, but their powers have been taken away and replaced. Replaced with something new that they've never seen before, but before they have a chance to figure out what's going on a voice booms over a loud intercom. It's calm, and patient but nothing about this voice sounds benevolent. "Good morning. You've noticed by now, haven't you? That your powers have been ripped away from you, that you've been given new ones to play around with. This isn't where you were before, but unfortunately you can't leave no matter how much you want to. Does that frustrate you? Does that scare you?" There's a laugh, low and filled with absolute joy. His smile can't be seen, but it can be heard quite clearly through the fuzzy static above. "That feeling inside of your chest. The hatred you feel towards me for taking you from your happy, precious homes. The resentment you feel for being forced into a situation you didn't consent to... cling to it. Cling to it, and watch it grow. Welcome students... to your villain academy."
